29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: a) On February 26, 2021, at a workplace located at 2801 Adon Springs Lane, Celina, Texas; an employee was riding a short distance unrestrained in the bed of a moving Ford F-150 pickup truck at the new housing development exposing the employee to potential fall hazards by falling out of the truck's bed.
