29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a. At a worksite located at 13 Green Winged Teal Road in Fernandina, Florida 32034; On or about February 25, 2021, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that protective helmets (hard hats) were not utilized by employees while performing worksite clean-up operations.
