29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(i): Refresher training, including an evaluation of the effectiveness of that training, shall be conducted as required by paragraph (l)(4)(ii) to ensure that the operator has the knowledge and skills needed to operate the powered industrial truck safely: On or about February 23, 2021, the employer failed to ensure that employees who were tasked with the operation of a motorized double pallet jack (including but not limited to a Crown #1740) were retrained ongoing when their skill levels showed deficiencies in various aspects of the safe operation of these units.
