29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) On or about February 23, 2021, North side of the facility, employees operated an aerial lift (Sky Trak Model 6036 S#T8173k4618) at a height of twenty feet without fall protection while working on a ventilation fan controller for a pallet oven system.
