29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about 2/17/2021, an employee was taking measurements atop the unfinished roof of a three-story residential house at 144 Dunham Street in Staten Island NY, without wearing a body harness capable of connecting to installed safety line(s) anchored to roof peak as part of a personal fall arrest system; thus exposing him to a fall hazard of 22 feet from the roof edge(s) to the ground below.
