29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: Note: See paragraph (i)(1) of this section for additional requirements for hand-fed rip saws. 8 Northland Road, Shrewsbury, MA: On February 18, 2021 and at times prior, employees operated a Dewalt DWE7491 Table Saw to rip wood without any guarding above the table. On January 20, 2021, an employee received a laceration to the middle finger on his left hand when ripping window trim extension jams on a table saw without a guard installed.
