29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a. On or about 12:10 PM on February 9, 2021, at 1027 W Main Street, Leesburg, FL, 34748, an employee suffered a work related injury and was hospitalized on February 10, 2021 at 6:22 AM. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization at 6:22 AM on February 10, 2021. The employer notified OSHA on February 11, 2021 at 3:48 PM of the in-patient hospitalization.
