29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: On or about January 5, 2021, at 2782 NE 31 Court, Lighthouse Point, Florida 33064. employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while performing metal sheet roof installation approximately 7.6 feet away from the energized 13.2 KV overhead power lines.
