29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Packaging Line, Conveyor Line #2: On or about February 04, 2021, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards, in that control of hazardous energy procedures were not developed, documented or utilized for the conveyor lines when employees perform servicing and maintenance including, but not limited to, cleaning and sanitizing the conveyors.
