29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors: a) 38 Technology Drive; On or about February 1, 2021, Employees unloaded tanker trucks that contained, or had the potential to contain, flammable natural gas condensate. A propane torpedo heater being used in the same building was not turned off prior to unloading the tanker trucks.
