29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. On or about January 26, 2021 and times thereto, the employer sent one of his employees at a work site to perform demolition without conducting hazard and accident prevention inspections and corrective actions to safety deficiencies such as but not limited to his employee expose to fall hazards to ensure his safety before and during demolition work inside an attic where the working/walking platform/ceiling was dangerous exposing him to a fall hazard at approximately 12 feet to the floor below.
