29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. On or about January 29, 2021, and at times prior thereto, a procedure was not developed, written, and implemented to protect Beveller Operators and Operator Trainees from the reenergizing of machines while performing servicing operations, exposing employees to the hazard of being caught-in moving parts.
