29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(i):The employer did not establish a record of the qualitative and quantitative fit tests administered to an employee which included the information required by 29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(i)(A) through (m)(2)(i)(E): a) Welcome Nursing Home located at 417 South Main Street in Oberlin, Ohio 44074: On or about January 28, 2021 the employer did not establish a record of the qualitative fit tests administered to employees who are required to don N95 filtering facepiece respirators. Employees engaging in resident care activities of daily living such as, but not limited to, bathing, toileting, feeding, and dressing, were exposed to hazards associated with SARS-Co-V-2 virus.
