29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used to run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors. (a) Fabrication, Steel Shop - The employer permitted the use of an energized (110volts) flexible cord to run electricity through walls to operate the fuel pumping equipment outside thus exposing employees to electrical hazards. Observed on or about 25JAN2021.
