29 CFR 1910.266(h)(1)(vi): Each danger tree was not felled, removed or avoided: a) On or about 1/23/2021 at a logging site in the woods located near 6380 Klondike Road, Ripley, New York; an employee was felling trees without clearing or avoiding danger trees in the work area. Trees were being felled within two tree lengths of danger trees, including trees being felled which were coming into contact with standing danger trees. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
