29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: Employee was exposed to health hazards. Employee engaged in painting and coating activities in the main shop at the paint booth was exposed to health hazards in that the employer had not determined, through a medical evaluation, the employee's ability to use a respirator before the employee is fit tested or required to use a respirator. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
