29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. (a) On the roof: On or about 1/19/2021, eye and face protective equipment was not used when employees were using pneumatic nail guns. Jenkins Home Improvement was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1167396, citation number 001, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/31/17, with respect to a workplace located at 41 Pleasant View Drive, North Providence, RI 02904.
