29 CFR 1926.651(i)(3): Sidewalks, pavements, or appurtenant structures had been undermined and a support system or another method was not provided to protect employees from the possible collapse of such structures: (a) On or about 1/15/2021 - 7189 New Life Circle, Huntsville, AL also known as 446 Jeff Road NW, Huntsville, AL, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when the undermined section of the concrete curb that crossed over the trench was not adequately supported.
