29 CFR 1910.178(l):Operators were not trained in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks: At the jobsite located at 5102 26th St Wichita KS, employees engaged in forklift operations were exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards. The forklift operator had not completed forklift training to include a classroom portion, and written test that met the requirements of OSHA standard 1910.178(l) powered industrial trucks, operator training.
