29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a. On or about 7:45 AM on December 28, 2020, at 1390 NW 80th Ave, Ocala, FL 34482, an employee suffered a work related injury and was hospitalized for treatment at around 2:00 PM December 28, 2020. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization around 2:00 PM December 28, 2020. The employer notified OSHA on January 7, 2021 at 10:36 AM of the in-patient hospitalization.
