29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(ii):The employer did not select and use a NIOSH-certified respirator in compliance with the conditions of its certification: On or about December 1, 2021 the employer located at 1005 E. Centennial, Pittsburg, Kansas did not provide NIOSH-certified respirators to employees who were required to care for suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 patients. The employer provided and required employees to wear KN-95 protective masks made by Shenzhen Zhongcheng Medical Technology Company. However, the KN-95s did not contain certification markings indicating they were certified under an equivalent international standard.
