29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident. a) At the worksite, on or about 8/17/2020: An employee died as a result of complications from a workplace injury sustained while moving furniture. This incident was reported to OSHA by the employer on 1/08/2021.
