29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about January 7, 2021, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while performing roofing activities on a residential home located at 1336 Skyland Falls, Hinckley, Ohio 44233. The employees were using air powered nail guns and the employer did not ensure that they were wearing protective safety glasses.
