29 CFR 1910.145(f)(3): Tags were not used as a means to prevent accidental injury or illness to employees who were exposed to hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions, equipment or operations which were out of the ordinary, unexpected or not readily: a) 25876 Dupont Road, Seaford, DE 19973: On or about January 12, 2021, the employer did not provide the necessary labeling and/or tags on the hopper where their employees are tasked at servicing/cleaning the flakes of poly in the immediate area [e.g. beneath and sides] around the equipment.
