29 CFR 1926.95(a):Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: a. On or about January 8, 2021, at First Baptist Church Atlanta, 4400 N Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA (Throughout the Jobsite), employees, required to verify electrical circuit 277V on the Variable air volume (VAV) system, were not provided and/or required to use the proper shock and arc-rated personal protective equipment, thus exposing them to electrical hazards.
