29 CFR 1926.350(a)(7):A suitable cylinder truck, chain, or other steadying device was not used to keep compressed gas cylinder(s) from being knocked over while in use: At a commercial worksite located at 3115 Troost Ave, KC MO -- there were multiple oxygen and acetylene cylinder tanks that were not chained up to prevent from being knocked over. This exposed employees to serious injuries, including death, if one of the tanks were to be knocked over or rupture. This was documented on or about 01/07/2021.
