29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to items (a) through (d) of this section: a. On or about January 4, 2021, at the Bindery Department, the employer's Equipment Lockout/Tagout Procedures did not specifically outline the scope, purpose, rules and steps for the control the hazardous energy for equipment with more than one source of hazardous energy and potential to release stored energy, such as but not limited to, the Muller Martini' s Bravo Feeder, Saddle Stitcher and Three Knife Trimmer, the Muller Martini's Zenith Three Knife Trimmer, and ARPAC Shrink Wrapper, among other machinery.
