29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a. At the new residential building located in 109 35th St., Mexico Beach, FL: On or about December 30, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees working on the ground to struck-by hazards from falling objects or debris, in that hardhats were not being utilized while other employees performed framing work above on floor joists and walls.
