29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1):The employer failed to implement its written housekeeping program to best reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment and other exposed surfaces. The employer is failing to protect employees from explosion hazards associated with grain dust accumulations greater than 1/8th of an inch. The employer's housekeeping program did not address frequency of cleaning of priority areas. This was most recently documented on December 31, 2020, at the worksite located at 438 County Road 11002, Adrian, Missouri.
