29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition(s) and the regulation(s) applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury: On or about December 28, 2020 at the above jobsite address, employees were not adequately trained on the hazards associated with erection of precast concrete. Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards when the employer failed to train them on means and methods for properly supporting structural members to prevent collapse. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
