29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a.) While at the jobsite, employees were performing materials delivery on a 5/12 sloped, two story residence without a second lanyard, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 22' on or about 10 December 2020.
