29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5)(ii):Lockout devices and tagout devices were not used for lockout and tagout purposes only: a) Service Panel R1GC-Employees utilizing the lockout/tagout program were exposed to hazards from lockout/tagout devices being used for purposes other than lockout/tagout, on or about December 14, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
