29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1):Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: a)Custodian Room/ Roopville Elementary School - On or about 12/15/2020, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to eye injuries in that employees were not required to wear eye protections while working with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to Virex II 256 One-Step Disinfectant Cleaner (corrosive), Stride Flora HC Neutral Cleaner (corrosive), Crew NA SC Non-Acid Bowl & Bathroom Disinfectant Cleaner (corrosive) and Green Klean Chlorinated Disinfecting Tablets.
