29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part: a. On or about December 08, 2020, an employee was installing a recessed/ ceiling mounted lighting fixture, without the use of an adequate Lock Out Tag Out Program, in that, the procedure did not include ensuring that employees had completed the job task before the system was re-energized; therefore resulting in/ exposing the employee to an electrical shock hazard.
