29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1):The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces are permit-required confined spaces. a) On or about December 1, 2020 through December 11, 2020, Kroeschell Engineering Co., Inc. did not evaluate steam vault at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in order to determine if the steam vault is a permit-required confined space before exposing employees to the hazards present in the space.
