29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about December 9, 2020, and at times prior thereto, I Construct, Inc. as the Controlling Employer did not ensure that employees of its welding subcontractor employees were tied off when working more than 20 feet above the concrete below.
