29 CFR 1910.22(c): Access and egress. The employer must provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. On or about December 4, 2020, the employer did not ensure safe access between the elevated catwalk and the catwalk on the 2014 Walker tank trailer, exposing employees to slip and fall hazards of approximately 10 feet.
