Note: Specify distances as indicated in table in paragraph (f)(6) of this section. a) North side, near Northwest corner of house, 207 20th Street South, Brigantine: Employees erected and installed vinyl siding from a mixed component aluminum pump jack scaffold system with an approximate 36 foot high aluminum pole within approximately 10 feet of the 12.47 kV primary, on or about 12/05/2020. b) North side, near Northwest corner of house, 207 20th Street South, Brigantine: Approximate 36 foot high western most Alum-A-Pole employees were trying to lay down, contacted the approximate 30 foot high 12.47 kV primary, on or about 12/06/2020.
