29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about October 12, 2020, at 13003 NW 22nd Ave, Miami, FL, 33142; the employer failed to inspect a worksite to ensure a means of conventional fall protection system was made available for employees who were performing roof demolition work, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet to ground level below.
