29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):(3) Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. On 11/17/2020, at the Cumming, Georgia location, employees in the Meat Department/Shipping area, employees were exposed to tripping hazards as a L shaped piece of angle iron used as a "bump guard" protruded 3 1/2" from the walking surface and posed a trip hazard when product was not stored beside it.
