29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment: Employee(s) engaged in performing maintenance or preventive maintenance work on machinery / equipment at the facility located at 100 N. Youngman Road, Baxter Springs, Kansas where exposure to fall hazards greater than 4 feet were not addressed for each job task to determine the appropriate fall protection equipment. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement for the above violation is complete.
