29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about 10/29/2020 - 110 Wynn Drive, Huntsville AL 35805, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards while using hand tools such as a Milwaukee Model 5216-20 Rotary Hammer to install electrical conduit through a concrete wall because the employer permitted the use of gloves when such use was not recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
