29 CFR 1910.147(d)(4)(i): Lockout or tagout devices were not affixed to each energy isolating device by authorized employees: (a) KK Baking Oven# 2 - The employees clearing the jams did not have exclusive control of the oven's energy, exposing employees to getting caught-in or caught-by moving machine parts, on or about November 6, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
