29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: At the work site located at 17497 S Burnett School Road in Ashland, Missouri: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards. This was most recently documented on or about November 4, 2020 when the employer did not ensure that all employees were trained on the proper clearance distance when working in close proximity to excavators.
