29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) On or about November 4, 2020, in the meat department where employees were exposed to amputation hazards when operating a Hobart Meat Saw (Model 6801) without adequate guarding. The LMMM Dallas #26, Ltd. d.b.a. La Michoacana #26 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1475307, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 02, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 3500 N Beltline Rd, #110, Irving, TX, 75062.
