29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. a. Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., North Air Dryer - On or about November 4, 2020, the specific lockout procedures were not utilized prior to installing a valve on the intake header of the air dryer, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
