29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) jobsite, 51 Zents Blvd. in Brookville, PA. On or about November 5, 2020, employee fell approximately 17-feet to the ground while walking/working on the roof. Employees performing roof-work, on the 5:12 pitch roof, were not protected 100% of the time from falling 17-feet to the ground. In addition, personnel would detach their lanyards to walk to and from the ladder access.
