29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. a). Mechanic Shed - On or about November 3, 2020, an energy control procedure was not developed that addressed the control of potentially hazardous energy when repairs were conducted on the hydraulic system of a Premium Supply Power Hoist System (model: PH 630) that was attached to the bed of a 2008 Chevy C7500 Truck, thus exposing an employee to a crushing hazard.
