29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from struck by hazards: (a) Facility, 9442 Clear Ridge Road, Everett, PA: The employer failed to enforce the usage of seat belts for operators and passengers of utility vehicles. On or about October 22, 2020 an employee operating a utility vehicle, without wearing a seatbelt, was seriously injured when the vehicle was involved in a collision. A passenger, also without wearing a seatbelt, was also injured.
