29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) 11 Eglise, Big Sky MT 59716: On or about October 27th, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while constructing a concrete footer for a retaining wall working under an overhead Pump Truck Boom and concrete chute without wearing any head protection.
